We hope you love your new purchase. Please let us know if you are not fully satisfied and we will happily exchange your purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving your package. We do not accept refunds.


Any items purchased during the sale are considered final sale and are not elligible for exchanges or returns.


Any return postage costs will be at the customer’s expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


Return Process

To ensure your return is processed smoothly:

  • Items must be returned from the same country to which they were delivered.
  • Please request a return by sending an email to hello@jameloo.com before sending items back; items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Condition for Returns:

  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and in sellable condition.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Important Notes:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping and any import customs fees for returned items.
  • Jameloo is not responsible for lost returns.
